Dr. Gregoire obtained his Dental Degree from the University of Western Ontario and completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency and Medical School at Dalhousie University. After residency he completed a Fellowship in Head and Neck Oncology and Pathology in Portland Oregon before returning to Halifax. He practices full scope OMFS and specializes in Head and Neck Pathology, management of craniofacial deformities, trauma and dentoalveolar surgery including implant rehabilitation. Dr. Gregoire is an assistant professor at Dalhousie University. He is the Head of the Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology and the Director of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program. He lectures in numerous graduate and undergraduate course in both Dentistry and Medicine.
A New Brunswick native, Dr.Gregoire enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.

When not working he enjoys running, cycling, coaching hockey and spending time with family and friends.

His research interests include early detection of oral dysplasia, reducing surgical patient morbidity and maxillofacial reconstruction and rehabilitation.
